If you are looking into this place run as fast as you can away from it!!! I promise you won't he happy there at all!! Pros None at all. I was a Carrier for the FNP for two years. Working every day for two years is hard but it was definitely helpful in giving me a good job to work when my kids were sleeping. Management here is ridiculous, although I have heard it is changed. No matter what the paper must be delivered and favoritism and unsavory behavior by management has occurred.

The bottom line though is that this is a good way to make money if you like to work on your own and can meet goals. Pros Work independently. Cons Working every day. There is little to no room to advance in this company. Upon being hired for this company i was told i would travel and receive education. I did not. When something goes wrong people are very quick to point a finger or call someone else out.

Pros We get free pizza a few times a year. Cons Almost everything else. You also have to deliver no matter the weather.

The negatives outweigh the positives. I do not recommend it. Do you enjoy working at your company? The management is great. I work through Spherion, so the pay isn't great, but there is the opportunity to become full-time, once work ethic and focus is approved. The job is physically demanding, but is easy to pick up the routine. I recommend this job for people looking to earn a little extra money. Full-time doesn't pay much of a difference, than working through Spherion, so if you are on a limited income and cannot work a full-time job, then contacting Spherion is a good option.

Dont even waste ur time but if ur in a pinch an need a job it do as a band aid till you find something better pay suck FOR what u do you get over worked dont go above an beyond they will not pay you for it but expect u too keep busting ur butt for lil pay sheetz make more money working over night then you so a frederick newspost. Productive I was a document specialist. AT the Frederick News post, work was always available when I first started. But after a while, work started to be less.

The ended up laying us off or passing us off to a tempt agency. Recently they sold the company to another news paper company. Would have employees work long sometimes 12 hour shift without getting a break depending on the night. Not a friendly environment at all and very nasty management. They will agree to one thing and then take it back the next. Schedule was all jacked up and was not able to have a family life. Help us improve!
